Reliable Energy Ltd. On September 30th, 2009, Ceres Capital Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary Reliable Energy Ltd. were amalgamated to form a single company under the name Reliable Energy Ltd.

 

Reliable is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and trades under the symbol REL. 

On December 24, 2008, Ceres Capital Corp. and Reliable Energy Ltd. completed a transaction where Reliable became a wholly owned subsidiary of Ceres and the shareholders of Reliable received shares in Ceres. The transaction was treated as a reverse takeover (“RTO”) and the Management of  Reliable became the Management of Ceres and the Board of Reliable became the majority of the Board of Ceres.
