His career includes a 10-year involvement with Schlumberger Oilfield Services from 1981 to 1991 in progressively more responsible financial roles eventually leading to a position as Financial Controller. He furthered his career with 9 years as Chief Financial Officer with Destiny Resource Services, a public company from 1992 to 2001. From 2001 and prior to founding Reliable he acted as Chief Financial Officer on a consulting basis to a number of public and private companies.

Mr Talbot commenced his career with Amoco Canada Petroleum Company in 1977, and joined their land department in 1981 where he progressed to the position of Senior Negotiating Landman. In 2002, Mr Talbot left Amoco and commenced providing Landman consulting services to junior oil and gas companies before taking a full time position with Ledge Resources as Vice President Land. In 2006 Ledge was sold and Mr Talbot returned to providing consulting services to several oil and gas companies before joining Reliable in 2009.
Mr. Talbot is an active member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen and holds a B.Comm. from the University of Calgary.

Mr. Morrison holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary and is a registered Professional Engineer. He has 22 years of oil and gas experience. For the last two years, in addition to his role at Element, Mr. Morrison has provided engineering consulting services to the energy industry. Prior to this time, Mr. Morrison served as President of Nytis Exploration Company Inc. from December 2003 to January 2006, and Vice President, Engineering and subsequently President of Carbon Energy Canada from December 1998 until October 2003.
