Chris Barton served as Vice President, Exploration of Kereco from October, 2006 to 2008. Prior to this, he was President and owner of Shadow Energy Inc., a private junior oil and gas company which provided consulting services to, among others, Paramount Energy Trust and Mission Oil and Gas Inc.

Mr. Foster formed Mega Engineering Ltd. in 1964. It has since become recognized as a major in the petroleum consulting field. The company is 100% Canadian and is wholly owned by the senior management personnel, all of whom are registered professional engineers in one or more Canadian provinces. The main area of expertise is in the planning, designing, and onsite engineering and geological supervision of oil and gas well drilling and completion operations.

Gavan was Vice President of Land for a private oil and gas company, with responsibility for the acquisition of land and properties to implement strategic plans of the Company. His duties include of negotiations of all aspects of corporate asset purchases and relationships with Joint Venture partners for exploration and exploitation opportunities.

In addition, Gavan is President of Southern Cross Land Corporation, where he is active as a consulting Landman to several private oil & gas exploration & development companies, pursuing strategic land opportunities, acquiring production and providing land administration services. Gavan has over 15 years of experience in both the Oil & Gas Industry and with technology companies including roles with increasing levels of responsibility at Husky Oil Operations Ltd., Altex Resources Ltd. and Cabre Exploration Ltd. Gavan performed administrative, contracts and negotiation roles, participating in and leading the team environments to achieve significant growth in daily production numbers and securing strategic opportunities for growth.
