The Company’s Board of Directors is responsible for making and enforcing all significant management decisions of the Company. There are currently seven members on the Board. The Board, in consultation with the Chief Executive Officer, sets objectives for the Company and monitors management of its business and affairs with the goal of achieving the Company’s principal objectives.
The Board is comprised of four committees, whose members have been selected because of their particular expertise and experience, to assist the Board in effectively executing its duties and obligations to the Company.
